At 95 years old, Charles Eugster dreams of becoming a world champion sprinter. He’s never sprinted in his life, but with help from his coach, Sylvia, he begins training for the 100 metre dash. Their goal is to win gold at the World Masters Athletics Championship in Lyon, France. But when a famous senior sprinter joins the race - 98 year-old Brazilian Frederico Fischer - Charles fears that his dream is slipping away.
